SWIWIN promises to comply with the following circumstances, from the date of product sale (based on the actual date of receipt) within 7 working days can put forward a return or exchange request, please contact the authorized agents/dealers of swiwin, official sales outlets of swiwin or official after-sales service of swiwin for return or exchange matters:
1, meet one of the following conditions, you can ask for a replacement
a. When the customer receives the goods, unpack and check in front of the delivery man, and find that the product is damaged due to transportation, and take photos on the spot to save;
b. The product cannot be started normally after unpacking according to the instructions or under the guidance of technical personnel, or non-human product quality defects are found;
After receiving the items to be replaced, if the above two conditions are found, immediately replace the goods, if not, please refer to the free or paid maintenance policy
2, meet one of the following conditions, you can ask for return
a. Within 7 working days after the customer receives the goods, the goods are found to have obvious manufacturing defects without being used;
b. The product cannot be started normally after unpacking according to the instructions or under the guidance of technical personnel, or non-human product quality defects are found;
c. Due to human reasons, the goods have not been received after 7 working days beyond our promised arrival time;
If the above three conditions are found after receiving the items to be returned, return them immediately. If not, please refer to the free or paid maintenance policy
3. Under the following circumstances, we have the right to refuse the customer's request for return or exchange
a. The goods are damaged, but do not ask the delivery personnel to return or replace the goods on the spot when receiving the goods;
b. Requests for return or exchange of products made after the return or exchange period of more than 7 days (from the date of receipt);
c. Incomplete return, incomplete outer packaging, accessories, gifts, instructions, or appearance damage caused by human causes;
d. The goods have been tested by the technical support department of swiwin, and there is no quality problem;
e. Collision, burning caused by non-product quality problems, as well as human private modification, foreign matter (water, oil, sand, etc.), incorrect installation, not according to the instructions of the use and operation caused by product quality problems;
f. Alter labels, machine numbers, waterproof marks, anti-counterfeiting marks, etc.;
g. Products damaged by irresistible force due to unavoidable factors such as fire, flood, lightning strike, traffic accident, etc.;
h. Purchase products from unauthorized agents/distributors;
4. Return and exchange instructions
a. If the replacement conditions are met, replace only the faulty part. If the body is faulty, replace only the body. Motor failure, only replace the motor. Other shall not be replaced;
b. The products must be properly packed during delivery to prevent damage or loss in transit. We will not be liable for compensation.
