1, the implementation of free warranty service must meet the following conditions
a. The warranty period is 1 year from the date of sale of the product or 25 hours of accumulated operation time of the product (whichever comes first);
b. Since the purchase of the product within the specified product warranty period, normal use, non-human performance failure;
c. No unauthorized dismantling of the machine, no more than the official instructions to modify or install, other non-human caused failure;
d. The machine number, factory label and other marks have no signs of tearing or alteration;
2, the following circumstances do not belong to the situation of free product warranty service
a. Collision, burning, falling accident caused by artificial quality problems other than the product itself;
b. Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, shell opening and other acts guided by unofficial instructions;
c. Damage caused by incorrect installation, use and operation without instructions;
d. Damage caused by all operations that do not operate according to the product instructions;
e. Damage caused by operation in harsh environments, such as wind, rain, sand and dust;
f. Damage caused by operation in a complex electromagnetic environment or strong interference source environment, such as mining areas, towers, high-Low Volt lines, substations, etc.;
g. Damage caused by mutual interference with other wireless devices, such as transmitter, signal transmission, Wifi signal interference, etc.;
h. Damage caused by taking off in excess of the take-off weight;
i. Damage caused by forced flight in the event of ageing or damage to parts;
3. Warranty information
a. The user needs to pay the Courier fee to send the problem product back. After receiving the problem machine, the swiwin after-sales service center will conduct fault detection on the product to determine the responsibility for the problem. If it belongs to the quality defect of the product itself, swiwin after-sales service center is responsible for bearing the testing fee, material cost, labor cost and Courier fee to send the product back after repair;
b. If the tested product does not meet the conditions for free maintenance, negotiate with the user to send back the original machine and bear the freight or pay for maintenance;
c. If the problem you encounter is not covered by warranty or caused by human causes, we will charge testing fees, replacement parts fees, test fees and labor fees according to the nature of the problem, and will communicate with customers in advance;

e. The products must be properly packed during the repair delivery to prevent damage or loss in transit, we will not be liable for compensation.
